They are friendly, helpful, resonsive and very through. I could not be happier with the services I have received by The Medicare Coach! I signed on with them five years ago when I became eligible for Medicare. They not only helped me sign up for the best Medicare plan for me but also the best Supplemental plan for me. I was new to Medicare, which can be very confusing, and Medicare Coach helped me make sense of it all so I could sign up for the best plan for me. The occasional podcasts are very informing and the staff will return emails as quickly as they can.

STRONGLY recommend The Medicare Coach (TMC). With all the options available, TMC does all the research to find the best fit for my personal situation. One mistake can be costly and with the small fee they charge, it is well worth the money for piece of mind.

I am so grateful I found Emily and the Medicare Coach! At the time, I was working in a stressful job and could not take on any more stress with dealing with Medicare so this was a real blessing! I could have probably done this year's Plan D on my own this year; however, I am unwilling to lose this feature as the future may not be as easy as this year! Thank you does not even begin to say how grateful I am for them! They are so easy to work with and I know they are working for me and not for Medicare or an insurance company.
