Very helpful. All the staff were knowledgeable, patient, and kind. They helped me understand my options and as a result I was able to choose a plan just right for me. I was confident in my decision and will continue to use them for information that may change each year. This year I had to change my part D drug plan because they informed me that my drug plan was increasing in price by almost $1,000.00 for the 2026 year. Emily and her team not only do an excellent job of keeping medicare enrollees informed, they are my trusted source to provide guidance and recommendations. Since they do not sell insurance I am confident that they aren't steering me towards a plan that pay them the most commission. The webinars they do every year help me to stay informed and comfortable that I always make the best choices possible for my specific situation.
