Very helpful. All the staff were knowledgeable, patient, and kind. They helped me understand my options and as a result I was able to choose a plan just right for me. I was confident in my decision and will continue to use them for information that may change each year. This year I had to change my part D drug plan because they informed me that my drug plan was increasing in price by almost $1,000.00 for the 2026 year. Emily and her team not only do an excellent job of keeping medicare enrollees informed, they are my trusted source to provide guidance and recommendations.
