Community very welcoming. All the staff seemed very kind. Activities for my mother is very important and they have them scheduled all day. The apartment we saw was very nice and roomy for her. Monarch has a lot to offer for the price. The new AmbA system to track her vitals and movement in her room will be great. Looking forward to mom living her.

I visit my friend and her dog on a regular basis. The rooms and open areas are nice and kept neat. The employees are friendly and helpful. Amazing Staff! Appreciation to the new management. The renovations are doing so well.

I was happy when they changed management companies, that they retained most if not all of the existing personnel. Love the staff there, very friendly and attentive. Feel the cost is high, but you get what you pay for and my mother is very happy.

My mother is currently a resident at Poet's Walk Henderson and this facility is great! My mother's experience here has been great so far! I would definitely recommend this facility to family and friends.

It has been a very pleasant experience, from the start to where we are currently. I like the facility itself. It's bright and cheery. The rooms are spacious. The people are very friendly and encouraging. And they always seem to help in any way that they can.

The cleanliness was up and down due to a lot of turn over. My mother did not participate in the activities due to her condition however, there was always something going on for the residents as I could see. I would say to take your time and look around. While people are very nice and very friendly there is a lot of turnover. While this industry has a lot of turnover there was a lot of turnover. Like with any memory care community, you get out of it what you put into it. Having good relationships with the staff, medical personnel, and care partners makes all the difference in the world. But what I will tell you about Poet's Walk is that every single person there is positive and eager to help. They're interested in what is best for the residents. The food is really good. The staffing in the dining room needs to better equipped to assist with feeding the residents that need this assistance. The community is improving on things each day. This is still the best community after looking at multiple communities in the area. The staff get to know your loved one and their care needs. Once they learn the needs of your loved one they do a good job. The staff is very receptive to any questions, concerns, or changes the family or your loved one may need.
