This place is wonderful I have very little complaints. My mother has dementia and the staff is very compassionate and goes above and beyond to make her feel valued and cared for. [Removed] the director is wonderful anytime I have an issue and I call and leave a message he calls back right away. Given the fact she is still having issues with adjusting to being there and doesn't understand where she is they keep her busy during the day with activities which she really enjoys. This is a great community for my husband's care. The staff is outstanding and attentive. The staff is nice. the menu is outstanding and we like how the other residents are getting good care as well as my husband. We liked the menu and activities for him when he wants to participate. I can not say how wonderful this community is for what we need for my husbands care. I think that other families would really like everything about this community.

Poet's walk has been a great match for my mother in law. It is a beautiful place and we have nothing but good things to say about them. We have visited over 20 facilities and have a lot of experience. This place is a new community, they are not full yet. The doctor is very nice and the staff takes very good care of the residents. It has been a ver good experience.

Poets walk was acquired by Monarch. The techs left. The director left. I have seen one or two barely trained techs watching over 30 plus people. The place now smells. Cleaning seems irregular. Food has gone down hill. Sad. Seems money is what Monarch is all about. Results: people are leaving

Poet’s Walk is there for money, they don't care about the residents care. My mom had a terrible experience with this facility and I have to move her to another facility for better care. Mom fell in this facility in her room and they never realize mom fell for almost three hours. When they were suppose to make rounds hourly. She was left wet with urine all the time. The nurse director is always clueless. I would never ever recommend this facility to friends or family

I put my mom in Poet's Walk right before COVID and took her out in August of 2022. The place really looked good when we initially put mom in the facility. They had entertainment two times a week and it appeared as though it was a nice large facility that mom could have the room to move around. Once we were allowed back in the facility after COVID, I became aware that they were not taking care of my mom.
