The community talks a good story but it takes a long time for things to get corrected, if it is fixed it goes back to the way it was after a short time. They do a lot of things well but I have problems with medication, but they have had a good plan for Covid. I have had issues with some of her basic care and have had to complain. there is a high turnover with the staff so when things are corrected and someone leaves we have to start over again. I toured several communities and found Poet's Walk to be by far our favorite. People were the reason that made difference. We will moved my husband before the year is over.

I called and spoke with [name removed]. He was such a breath of fresh air. I was absolutely devastated that I would have to bring my dad to a facility. I decided I would pay for 24 hour care at home instead. After speaking with [name removed] I went directly to call my brother. I told him I found a fabulous place for our dad.
