I wish they would sell my loan. It takes for ever to get a representative because of all the info the require you to input. Then you have to verify everything all over again when you get an operator on the phone. They don't allow you to make principle payments online. They misplaced a payment I sent in and they told me they probably shredded it since I had written the wrong loan number. Two months later they located it. I did not choose this mortgage company my lender did. PLEASE SELL MY LOAN
