It has been a continuous nightmare with this company. Non-responsive representatives, endless loops on the phone and the inability to speak with a live person unless I call select the option to speak with someone about a disaster claim. For 2 months last year, I tried in vain to contact my representative to advise about my financial status only to find out that they were no longer with the company!! Find a different company, this one doesn't care about it's customers. The first year they did not pay my property taxes. And now they are trying to charge me legal fees for something that was never completed.
I also wish this company would sell my loan to another bank! I have been waiting for a reaffirmation agreement for 2 months while Chase and others completed reaffirmations within 2 weeks. That lazy, apathetic attitude toward their customers is unacceptable and goes against everything they say they strive for. I also warn anyone who has to call them on the phone because the employees are extremely rude! I am appalled by the way I am treated there....please sell my loan!

The Money Source is an absolutely despicable, unethical and quite frankly, a FRAUDULENT company. We did NOT choose them either-our mortgage was sold to them! Despite NEVER being late on a payment, they FAILED TO PAY OUR PROPERTY TAXES-TWICE, despite there being plenty of money in our escrow. The Money Source, Inc. is a horrible company. I did not select this company my lender sold my loan to them! They have made several mistakes with my loan and have taken money from my escrow account and paid the wrong property taxes with it! Toddler Music, Unicorns and Rainbows is what you get with this company. We wish they would sell our Mortgage also. We didnt ask to be sold to their Co.........it's been one problem after another. We have never been late on paying any of our Mortgages. Over 15 years we had our Mortgage sold 1 other time. Yours is by far the worst we have ever delt with, now we are stuck with you? Shame on me for trusting you! The Money Source Inc. has been our lender for a couple of years now. We recently approached them inquiring about their hardship programs. Their Loan officer contacted us within a day and said we qualified to re-finance. We started the re-finance process in Oct 2018. Our loan officer said in addition to $3300.00 cash back, a couple credit cards paid off we would also get back our escrow balance which was roughly $2500.00.
