A house is too much for one person to maintain, especially as we age. Now come the decisions. After living in Plano for 32 years, I did not want to leave my friends and more importantly my doctors. i enjoyed a lot of lunches at different possibilities, but none really jumped out and said "This is it!" When I walked into Preston Place I knew I had found my forever home. It’s everything joy of knowing people with like minded interest. Neighbors helping neighbors having fun and caring. There is entertainment, great food and the community is lovely. Staff is very Accommodating.

I have only been here about two weeks, and I can truly say , ' this place has certainly earned the name "The Best". Here everyone is like family. You do not meet any strangers here . You are greeted with a smile and a heartfelt welcome by everyone you come in contact with. My very first day here I received a knock by many of the residing residents. Both residents and staff are unbelievably nice and friendly. It is a safe place to enjoy your life among people who go out of their way to make you feel a part of the family. The staff do not just sit behind a desk but are out among the residents getting truly involved in the many activities here.

The best place you can live. We have beautiful grounds and mature trees. Lots of local restaurants and shopping around here. I’ve lived here 7 years and love it! The staff couldn’t be more helpful and caring!

Preston Place has individual apartments, does not have the hotel feeling like others. I feel very secure walking the grounds which are well kept. The entertainment and social activities are very robust and diverse.

It’s a good place for seniors, activities & games. Newly widowed, newly divorced, need friends….. good food! But it also gives back to residence what they promised in reference to helping us. For an example, I was at the pool one morning for exercise and Decided to go to the car wash we have here on property.(Which is another benefit of a place you can wash your car and vacuum it free!) [Name removed], the Director, is wonderful. And the sales lady that we worked with last year was so sweet. We don't have house keeping. The move in process was fine, but we did all of the moving. The facility doesn't provide meals. I would recommend the facility. The people seem safe and that's what matters.
