My experience has been professional, friendly, caring, robust, and appropriate. Open, transparent, responsive. We picked this community because of the age strata, activities and facilities.
The staff is very helpful and friendly. Always has a good word and is able to answer your questions. All the people I've met so far have been friendly and happy here. I would recommend them. Everything gets 5 stars except for the food, only because I have not really tried it yet. I chose Preston Place over others that I had looked at because of the appearance of the facility, the staff that I met, and the location from my daughter.
My loved one and family are very happy with our decision to have my loved one move into Preston Place. The staff is outstanding, friendly, and caring. The staff communication with the family is wonderful! This is a great community for a loved one, and I would recommend to anyone to have their loved one move in. The residents really look out for each other and this is a great plus for us.
I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The friendliness of the staff and the activities they provide is wonderful! The staff communication with the family is excellent. There are options for meals; however, the residents have the option of cooking in their apartments as well. There are washer and dryer hookups in the apartment.
This a very quiet community. There is a lot of activity here, you can stay as busy or private as you want to. The residents are very friendly and try to include everyone. Transportation is wonderful. I love my apartment too.
We have been very pleased with our experience at Preston Place. Management does seem to change frequently and is not very solid, but we like everything else.
Preston Place is a beautiful facility with really nice people. My loved one's apartment is nice and has all of the appliances with air conditioning. He can furnish it however he wants and make it into his home. His apartment comes with a balcony that has a storage area attached. He says they're remodeling his wing, so they're constantly updating.
