I have been at Preston Place for a little over 2 months now.The residents at this community are so caring, friendly, and observant of when you are missed at functions. There are many events throughout the month that meet any individuals interest or hobbies, exercise program, or games and functions you can enjoy. Something for everyone and bus transportation for those whose wish to not drive. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is delicious. There is a large variety of activities to do. I downsized from a larger apartment, but the size work very well for my and my cats! I absolutely recommend Preston Place to others looking.

I would recommended to others. If anyone needs a place to live as a senior citizen that is the place to live. It was very informative and when I went ahead and was shown around Preston Place, it seems like the perfect place to place my father and everybody's very cooperative and very nice and answered all my questions.

I have lived at Preston Place for 7+ years, and really enjoy our activities and outings to interesting places. Our dining room has wonderful meals, so I eat there frequently, and I enjoy the games and socializing with many great neighbors and friends as well. One of my favorite aspects of the property itself is that we have direct outdoor access from our apartments, none are higher than two floors but most still have elevator access, and there are lots of trees all around. Preston Place in is a beautiful treed complex with an excellent & caring staff, and great friendly people. You can choose to participate in the many activities or not. There is a lovely dining room with an excellent chef & sous chef who are very accommodating.
Just moved here in August. Immediately I discovered that the residents and staff are super friendly. My previous apartment no one seemed to care if you were there or not. Recommend this place highly.
Haven't lived here very long, but we love it! Everyone here has been so friendly and welcoming, both the residents and the staff. It's like an oasis in the middle of the city with so many trees and easy walking paths. The Oak Room restaurant, right here in the Veranda has a weekly change of menu and the food is excellent. The maintenance staff has been 'johnny on the spot' whenever we've needed anything. Would I recommend it? You bet!!!
The counselors were very caring and attentive. I had several requirements in my search for the perfect apartment community and was sent to only those that met my requirements. I was very satisfied with their services.
I never thought I'd end up in a Senior Community; I was so active and involved in many activities for most of my adult life.
