A veterinary facility from ER to regular appts, surgery, boarding, and grooming. You can go one place for all your pet's needs. Staffed with competent knowledgeable doctors and staff who know how to communicate. It is my go-to for pet care!
Dr. Mike took the time to explain everything and check out Apollo and give multiple suggestions for care options for my budget. The time spent with Apollo and the thorough evaluation and running through the multiple possible diagnoses with me was appreciated. Our experience at the PARC was superb and I will definitely be using Dr. Mike and the rest of the staff for Apollo's future vet and annual care needs.
The PARC is a wonderful vet/ER and I trust them with the care of all my pets! We've been here on two occasions: once when our Chihuahua accidentally got into some chocolate and another time when our German Shepard cut her paw in the backyard. Both experiences have been absolutely great. The staff is very well educated and offers great customer service. So grateful to the team at the Parc for helping our little Lilo. Everyone from the ladies at the front desk, to the vet techs, to the numerous doctors we saw during our emergency appointments was so helpful and caring. The helpfulness of the entire staff was comforting during a stressful time!
What a welcome we received! We just moved to TX so we were looking for a new Vet. We were super impressed with the staff. They were so friendly and thorough. Our two fur babies look forward to being a patient.
We went to the PARC when my 6 month old Frenchie's eye started watering a lot and clouding up. We didn't have an appt so we went for emergency care and ended up only having to wait like 45 mins which was great for emergency care! We ended up seeing Dr. Chong who is fantastic and super informative. Dr. Chong gave Bean a full once-over just to check for any other issues even though we were there for her eye. Took our 17 year old in for an emergency visit. It was our first time but won't be our last. Staff was very friendly and sympathetic when we started sobbing. So glad we chose them for our ER visit. Thanks PARC!
