The staff was incredible. The doctor was very thorough and really helped me understand what was going on with my dog. I'm grateful to have been able to find an animal hospital that was more personal and actually cared about my pup.

A few weeks ago, we were on a road trip. As we were driving and somewhere between Abilene and Fort Worth our dog started panting and it wasn't stopping. I knew something was wrong. This was not normal, so we took her to the nearest ER Vet. Prior to our road trip, I had researched and gotten a list of ER Vets at every stop on our route. This was the most wonderful place that I could have found for my dog to go to whenever he had his second seizure ever. They were speedy but efficient, diligent but caring, and they took better care of my dog than I could've imagined coming from a pet ER at 11 PM on a Friday night. First time client and I am very pleased. Took my dog to see dr Melanie Aschenberg for her allergies that started around the time we came to Texas. They went with a skin sample to rule out mange and an ear stain to test for yeast/bacteria. Took less then 10 minutes for them to get the results. When she came back she went over a list of medications to start her on to get rid of the skin and ear infection. Overall the pricing was very reasonable, only 411 for everything included. I can't say enough about the kindness and compassion we received from every single person we encountered here. We rushed my sweet old boy, Coco, to the parc in the middle of the night because he was in respiratory distress. Though the outcome was not what we ever wanted, I feel confident in our decision, thanks to the careful explanation of the vet. He was so compassionate to our feelings and fears with the situation. I was so upset about my baby I don't remember the doctor's name but he is the best doctor! Thank you so much! You saved my baby's life. I'm so glad my baby was in his care. When I brought my baby in we thought he was gone. I couldn't believe how the doctors began to work on him! His life was very important to them. It was like being in a human ER. I really appreciated that! And, I felt at ease with him being in their care.

It was Saturday afternoon and my precious pup, Chico was in pain. Vets I called locally were booked or closed or had no appointments until later the next week! I did not want to wait that long to get him some relief. One of the Vets I called recommended The PARC.
