We are so thankful for the Parc! We have a mini long hair Doxie that is a hoover. If it's on the ground or table it's in her mouth. The wonderful staff have saved her multiple times! They are so kind, efficient and quick to respond. Thank goodness they are so close to us!
The entire staff was attentive and genuinely concerned about Jerry Lee's health. It was refreshing to see such a professional crew. they spent the time to make sure I understood my choices
I came in at 4am worried sick about our dog. I was immediately greeted by their lovely front desk and they took my dog back immediately for her vitals. They checked with me through everything to make sure I was okay with X-rays, injections, etc. and made sure to let me know the cost of every single thing before hand. Little wait time and caring treatment Recognition of pet's needs. We went as an emergency on Saturday at 4 pm when our vet was unavailable. Very positive response from the team.
The parc staff is amazing and the clinic is so beautiful. I felt very safe with my pets there. They're fast and very clear. They gave us different routes of treatment based on cost which I thought was sweet.
Dr. Eishenberg has been very kind and straightforward with the prognosis and care. She calls me twice a day with updates. I really appreciate the 24/7 hours, so that no matter when an event occurs, my pet can get medical care.

Dr. Henderson is the best! I brought my puppy in the middle of the night for an emergency. He told me my options, what he thought the problem was, and what he recommended. He was very honest. He made us laugh and help with the stress and anxiety of the situation. He came in and talked to me as many times as I needed and was caring and had no attitude. I knew going in that there would be a wait as it was an emergency walk-in no appointment, but not absolutely dire, but they did check in on us in the meantime and made sure we knew if anything worsened to let them know. Every step was explained and price run by us before they followed through. The cost was more than reasonable for an emergency.
