Dr. Henderson is the best! I brought my puppy in the middle of the night for an emergency. He told me my options, what he thought the problem was, and what he recommended. He was very honest. He made us laugh and help with the stress and anxiety of the situation. He came in and talked to me as many times as I needed and was caring and had no attitude. I knew going in that there would be a wait as it was an emergency walk-in no appointment, but not absolutely dire, but they did check in on us in the meantime and made sure we knew if anything worsened to let them know. Every step was explained and price run by us before they followed through. The cost was more than reasonable for an emergency. Took my dog for well check and vaccinations. I was very pleased with the experience at the PARC. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day (Sunday). Prices were average. Highly recommend.

I brought my dog in for the first time when she was having an allergic reaction to a shot she had been given (without my knowledge--looking @ you, Petsmart Banfield) and we were seen immediately. The facility itself is beautiful and clean, but what really made our experience was our vet tech Abby. She brought such a calming energy and fully explained what they were going to do and afterwards, how it went. Everyone was very helpful and wonderful throughout the whole process. Our dog was not acting himself and so we brought him in and Dr. Strohmeyer took our concerns very serious and we ended up finding out that he had a herniated disc that showed up on X-ray due to mineral deposits on the disk. We are very thankful for the staff and Dr. Strohmeyer for taking such good care of him.

I am so grateful for the time and expertise that Dr. Nigliazzo and his Assistant Jackie have taken to address Halie's complicated issues. They are never in a rush; always transparent about the costs and options. They aren't judgemental, just objective about the pros and cons of each treatment. Dr. always says "you don't have to decide today"; it feel like a team effort and I'm supported as a pet owner making difficult choices and never pressured. One of the best vet experiences I have ever had. Dr. Anderson was super knowledgeable and understanding. The whole appointment was great. The after-appointment summary that was emailed to me was life-changing! Having access to all the information discussed after the appointment was amazing! I feel at peace for the first time in a long time after a vet appointment.

Both the Dr and the assistant/tech we met were really helpful and sweet They took good care of our pet, we will definitely be back! Just hopefully for wellness next time and not an emergency.

We've had end of life care here and also use as our routine vet and the quality of care has always been amazing. This is not a discount vet but quality is worth every Penny.
