Dr. Hall as well as the vet tech were awesome! I had a 3:30 appointment for my cat Julio. I was early for said appointment and was in a room by 3:20. Wish I could remember the tech's name but both her with Dr. Hall made my unhappy cat comfortable in the stressful environment.

Because my wife and I love our vet of 25 years, it's difficult to imagine anyone else caring for our animals. I'm sure you already know where this is going. Last week, after our longtime vet left the country for a much-needed vacay, our orange tabby gal (Blossom) became very ill. Prior to our vet's departure, she treated Blossom's troubling ambulatory issues. All seemed to be going well--at least until Blossom developed some worrisome respiratory symptoms. Our doctor and technician were fantastic. The technician was very sweet with our dog and understood that he was being very skittish/aggressive because he was in pain and didn't hold it against him. We had taken him to a different ER before and we will never be going back to our prior. We'll always be bringing the kids to PARC. Thank you both (and I'm so sorry I didn't catch your names!!). We're so appreciative of you all! We especially loved the empathy from our technician!

My 9-year old soul dog, Copper, is diabetic and got really, really sick seemingly out of nowhere this past Saturday. I took him immediately to Parc Emergency Vet, where he was diagnosed with acute HDS...I was so scared and brokenhearted at the thought that I may have to put him down because he seemed like the kind of sick that would leave me with no other choice, but they healed and tended to my fur baby all weekend and even let me come visit him in his kennel for over an hour, which really helped both of us calm our nerves!... read more

I came from a terrible horrible hospital that very obviously did not care for my cat. By the time I came in , my cat was sick for 4 days , couldn't eat or drink and was so so so sick. I came into PARC and immediately they sprung into action. Everyone from the people answering the calls to the techs and the doctor especially were super caring . I had a mystery illness with my cat Beef who kept hiding his symptoms. Dr Joyner and her team helped us to finally figure it out, work with us, and treated my family and my baby with the most respect possible. We found out his issues were much larger than what we thought, we ended up having to opt to put him down which broke my heart but Dr Joyner was with us the entire process, i wish i could actually express how grateful i am. They made a heartbreaking situation more tolerable. Clean, kind, and professional.

the staff and vets are very kind,understanding and compasion are unbelievable. i called in a panic my very sweet cat baby girl was in trouble and they told me to bring her so they could help her . i did just that and were waiting outside for us. they were doing what they could but my sweet baby girl passed. they let me hold her and stay with her. she was a true freind that took care of me when i was feeling down or sick.she would jump on the bed and lay beside me and cuddle. baby girl you will always be in my heart. i love ... read more

This was a very stressful experience, and the team at The PARC were amazing. The facility is outstanding and the staff were kind, professional and expeditious in caring for my pup. The compassion of the staff was beyond compare.
