This was my experience in this place. We took my ********* Terrier Saturday afternoon because my Labrador Retriever bit her. These people took her back right away, then it was a waiting game, it took about 1 hour for someone to get back to us, just to tell us that the Dr was in a call and as soon as she could she was going to let us know about our dog.
