The entire staff was excellent! The doctor was very informative, and took the time to educate me about my dog's health concerns. Both him and the vet techs were so gentle towards my dog, which made the whole appointment go smoothly. Thank you for providing fantastic care!
These guys are great! Our fur baby got sick late on a Friday night and got worse in the night. Our local Vet (who we love) is closed on the weekend. So we opted to use Parc on a Saturday afternoon. The facility is super nice/clean. Good location. Easy check in and we had our fur baby in Triage within minutes. The check in ladies and Vet Techs were all very loving and caring. The facility was immaculate! The staff was phenomenal! I felt very confident in their choices, decisions, and work. The entire process was extremely pleasant, everyone from the phone call to talk about coming into the following day follow-up was amazing! I would recommend this facility to ANYONE! Thank you for making me feel at ease, and for listening thoroughly while taking all of my concerns and needs into factor for my baby Yorkie, Maisie! Very communicative, easily approachable with questions, felt very comfortable leaving my pet in their care. All my questions and concerns were met with empathy and understanding. I was comfortable continuing care for my pet after she was released home. The after visit instructions were very precise and easy to understand.
Dr Smith and the entire team were all very professional, compassionate and kind. She was appreciative and respectful of our time, and everyone did a great job of helping the entire family feel welcome and at ease during a difficult situation. The PARC being available is so appreciated! There was no long discussion of costs or payments accepted when we initially called. After we arrived and a diagnosis was made, we were presented with the best options and allowed to make our choice, no pressure, no rambling, no confusion!
