Dr. McNair was so helpful and informative. I've never visited with a vet as kind and efficient as her, and I appreciated her detail-oriented work. She even identified a heart murmur which no vet had identified beforehand. Every staff member I met was incredibly kind, and they all worked to get my fur baby in quickly and make her feel comfortable. The open concept plan helped immensely with her anxiety, too. I've had a lot of experience with different veterinary clinics, and I have had the best experience by far here.

This is absolutely the best place to take your family member (dog) for the Best care ever. There is not even words to express how blessed we are to have found this place. they have gone above and beyond for our baby girl "Nova". they have taken the best care of her while she was there in medical ICU care then to surgery before and after care was exceptional. Brought my cat Peeka Boo in to the ER and they saw her right away and after going over pricing for testing and diagnostics they got to work. After being there about an hour waiting on labs they recommended an overnight stay for IV fluids and an ultra sound the next day. I never felt "upsold" on services or pressured into unnecessary procedures. They explained all their findings and answered all my questions. This place did an amazing job trying to help me save my sweet puppy Pastel. Although she couldn't be saved due to a neck fracture that wasn't treatable they did everything in their power to help me keep her comfortable and pain free as much as possible. The staff was professional and helpful in a very tense and emotional situation. It was a rough weekend being there and they do tend charge quite a bit of money but I don't think it was overpriced for everything that they did for my dog. Amazing service and care! The care and concern for my dogs health and welfare was beyond wonderful. I came in for an emergency issue and they went above and beyond to ensure he was ok.

Great experience at the PARC. All the staff were very helpful, friendly and understanding from the check in to the techs and the Dr. The Dr was very thorough in his explanation and examination of my dog. I left the clinic feeling very at ease. Thank you PARC staff :)

First time visit, we took my dog Rusty in for some swelling he had in his face. Very kind staff. Overall just had a good experience with making sure we had taken him to the right place. Dr. Rob throughly explained to us what the problem was and got him all situated. Pricing was reasonable. We actually got to sit in while he was examining Rusty which I really appreciated! Especially if you have anxiety over handing your pets off to strangers, it was a nice change.

I always take my cat when she's not feeling well or even just for her regular check ups!! It is a bit pricey but no dollar amount matters when she's in good hands I would give them a 10 star review if possible. Sparkles and I love the Parc team!!
