The staff at this clinic are professional, polite and helpful. The waiting area is large and clean. This was my second emergency visit and, even though there was a long wait time communicated to me, I looked at other options and decided to wait. I'm glad I did! Wait time was much shorter than expected! The exam room was clean and a doctor was prompt and very helpful. This is a great facility overall.
Needed care for our puppy the Friday after Thanksgiving. No appointment but was seen in an hour or less. Very helpful and kind staff and doc.
I came in on a Saturday without an appointment since it was an emergency and was seen in under an hour. Everyone- from the woman at reception, to the technician, to Dr. Thinnes treated me and Phoenix with love and kindness, and showed respect for our time and finances. I am so grateful to have found The PARC!
We were able to get in right away with no wait. Doctor was thorough and took her time to explain things. At the same time, she was able to get us out in time for another appointment I had scheduled that day! Dr. Anderson had a very caring bedside manner. She treated my dog kindly and with love.
I truly can't say enough good things about The Parc! We found out unexpectedly that my dog was in acute kidney failure and needed to be admitted to the hospital. Needless to say I was a complete mess!! Every single person, from the initial receptionist who took my sobbing call to the techs and physicians, were overwhelmingly compassionate and understanding. The Parc is a great hospital for emergencies. However, it is not great for scheduled appointments. I had an appointment for a recheck scheduled for 1:45 p.m., I was not taken to a room or seen by a doctor until 3 p.m! I had to leave at 3:15 so it was a very rushed visit after waiting for over an hour for a SCHEDULED appt. Very disappointing.
Highly recommend this place , all the staff & vet were extremely nice, helpful, caring, etc.
I can't say enough good things about our first trip to The Parc! It definitely just became our new vet! Ray, the amazing Vet Assistant, made us and our pup feel so comfortable and confident in the care we received!
The staff was great! You can tell they really care. The open concept made me feel more calm I really like it. We had to go for an emergency with our corgi - one thing I really appreciated is they took my little girl back while I was still filling out paperwork. They understand that at that moment paperwork was not as important as getting her treatment asap
