Liked it very much. 60-70 residents. Provides more transportation. Has Sunday Catholic service on site. On site visits from chiropractor, podiatrist and other doctors. Beautiful foyer, lots of activities.

At present, there is a lot of staff turnover at Pacifica, even replacements leaving in just 2-3 weeks. Specific services paid for are not consistently performed, even after I politely chase after them about it.

We moved my loved one out about 6 months ago. There were two instances where they failed to respond to my dad's beeper request during a health emergency. There is no accountability and no follow up. No peace of mind for family.

This used to be Atria Sterling it has now been bought out by Pacifica and during that transition process the business side of things were pretty confusing and difficult. Trying to make decisions for our loved one regarding finances and scheduled was difficult, but that has all now been settled. The place itself is fine, the community has always looked nice and kept clean. We were not happy with my mother's care when she stayed at their attached rehab facility (on the same property, different name). Rehab was excellent, but unfortunately, the way the certified nursing assistants handled her and her fears means we'll never trust a Brookdale establishment ever again.
