When my loved one went in here the staff were very pleasant and personable and were extremely helpful. They told us he would be able to be there until end of life and that they have skilled nursing and hospice available if needed. He was here a couple of days and had to go to the hospital. When he returned, they told us that he would not be able to stay there anymore since he was bed ridden. It was a good experience in the beginning, but a bad experience towards the end. Everyone has helped my mother transition very well to her new living arrangements. The staff is very helpful and very accepting of my help too. They want her to enjoy her life there and they do their best to achieve this.

We chose Pacifica Senior Living at the time due to the value for the money, they were a lot cheaper than others that we looked into. Also the location was nice for family. The room sizes here are a little on the smaller side, they are in a studio apartment. They have recently changed management and the new management seem to be more responsive. I would recommend them to others who are looking.

I was told this community was going to be sold soon, so I would look into this. I would recommend this community to others.

The community is very protective of its residence. I feel safe that my dad is there. The community sets up social distance visiting and if your out of town they also set up facetime calls for the family. The communication between the staff and the family is very good. I would recommend this community.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Atria Sterling! My Mother-in-law has been there for over a year now and has received such amazing care from the entire staff.......from meal service, to handyman services, to daily exercise, and to creative activities. Atria is one of the most family oriented assisted living venues I have ever seen. The residents and staff treat each other like family and watch over each other like family. Let me start off by saying we did not find this facility first and I wish we did. We had to leave another facility and moving dad here was the best thing we did. The staff is great. From the concierges at the front desk, the dining staff, the nursing and care team, the residential life/activities team, to the facilities staff. They all are incredible. I have to commend the Staff at Atria-Sterling VA. They truly care for our loved one like they were their own. [name removed] ,the Activities Director has stepped up to the challenge of COVID restrictions and came up with some creative activities to keep people stimulated. It’s comforting to know they care about the people living there and the staff will go out of their way to help each other as well as the individuals living there.

My mom has been at Atria Sterling for a year now and is fully integrated into the community. She is so well cared for and loved by the excellent staff. It is such a blessing for our family to be able to call her and find her happy. I love when I can't reach her on the phone during the day (which happens frequently) because that means she's out having a good time doing activities and spending time with her friends.
