Get directionsWe would rate them as a five in all the categories except Quality of Care. The specific concern under quality of care has only to do with medication management. It has been a lot of work on the families and to get everything straight and worked out and still issues. Continue to come up she is paying for that additional service. There was a hire of a new resident services Director and she has been very communicative and we've been trying to work through the issues.

The management team hasn't been responsive to the family's communication and follow up has been a struggle. There is a good value for what you get for the money. The food seems to be delivered cold, they could use more options, and my loved one doesn't care for the meals, other than breakfast. The community is able to provide some light housekeeping, and laundry for linens and this is a scaled pricing.

We do not have scaled pricing for laundry and housekeeping services. Dining for our Assisted Living residents is table service and not delivered. Our initial experience was great. The move in was smooth, the staff were wonderful and the grounds are beautiful. It has been quite adequate for our loved ones needs. There has been a change in ownership in the last couple of years and that is starting to trickle down. They are more strict on the budget and cutting peoples hours. It is an amazing value for those looking for a lower budget.

My friend is very happy with the level of care she receives. I felt comfortable going away on vacation for 2 weeks leaving her there. They kept me informed while I was away by email. They are very friendly. I am really happy. It's a full residence location for a person who needs services.
