The management team hasn't been responsive to the family's communication and follow up has been a struggle. There is a good value for what you get for the money. The food seems to be delivered cold, they could use more options, and my loved one doesn't care for the meals, other than breakfast. The community is able to provide some light housekeeping, and laundry for linens and this is a scaled pricing.

We would prefer that dietary preferences be communicated to our staff rather than a resident miss a meal. Our initial experience was great. The move in was smooth, the staff were wonderful and the grounds are beautiful. It has been quite adequate for our loved ones needs. There has been a change in ownership in the last couple of years and that is starting to trickle down. They are more strict on the budget and cutting peoples hours. It is an amazing value for those looking for a lower budget.

My friend is very happy with the level of care she receives. I felt comfortable going away on vacation for 2 weeks leaving her there. They kept me informed while I was away by email. They are very friendly. I am really happy. It's a full residence location for a person who needs services.

When my loved one went in here the staff were very pleasant and personable and were extremely helpful. They told us he would be able to be there until end of life and that they have skilled nursing and hospice available if needed. He was here a couple of days and had to go to the hospital. When he returned, they told us that he would not be able to stay there anymore since he was bed ridden. It was a good experience in the beginning, but a bad experience towards the end. Everyone has helped my mother transition very well to her new living arrangements. The staff is very helpful and very accepting of my help too. They want her to enjoy her life there and they do their best to achieve this.

We chose Pacifica Senior Living at the time due to the value for the money, they were a lot cheaper than others that we looked into. Also the location was nice for family. The room sizes here are a little on the smaller side, they are in a studio apartment. They have recently changed management and the new management seem to be more responsive. I would recommend them to others who are looking.
