We chose The Robinson Team based entirely on reviews. We were blessed with Sarah Brandt as our realtor. She traveled all over south and central Tennessee to help us find our dream remote cabin retirement home. She is very knowledgeable and was readily available to answer our questions and concerns. She has the patience of a saint! It took us five months to find our home and she was there with us all the way through the closing. We highly recommend Sarah and The Robinson Team. Thank you, Sarah! We had a very lengthy (2 years) process before our house sold. However, Jay was diligent and persistent throughout, he was always straight-forward with us, and he never gave up. As Jay said many times, it only takes one! He stuck with it and worked feverishly - with Mike - to complete the sale. We are very appreciative of their effort and the results they were able to achieve. Tricia was in the background but we knew who was running the back-office. She was very professional and helpful.

Jay and his team are go getters when it comes to selling a house. He and his team handled details that needed to be done for the house (like taking care of getting someone to put new carpet in part of the house, picking out the carpet for us, and other things). This was a huge help because we live out of town; and my father wasn’t able to take care of selling his house. My sister and I stayed there about 7 out of 8 weeks.
