Jay was the best real estate agent I have ever worked with and provided professional advice and support. He began by learning about what we were looking for in the Chattanooga area and took us on a tour of the areas where we were interested. He knew a great deal about the houses and in many case the owners. He showed us 3 houses that fit the criteria we were looking for and the house we bought was absolutely perfect. Jay and his team were great all the way through closing I cannot recommend any group more.
I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Jay. He handled the sale of my house very professionally and with much success in spite of rising mortgage rates and a shaky economy. The home is a unique, high end property with a small demographic of likely buyers. Jay worked tirelessly to identify likely buyers, to show the house and even coordinated needed repairs. It was truly "above and beyond" service. I wouldn't think of using another agent and give him and his team an unqualified recommendation.
Jay and his team were outstanding. From first encounter, to determining the right selling price, staging advice, photography, and all other details, the Robinson team gave first class service. One of the things I appreciated the most was Jay’s method of prequalifying potential buyers. A contract came fast and it was fair and reasonable. You won’t go wrong with Jay and his team.
Working with Zac as a seller and a buyer was a wonderful experience! With us being new to the area, Zac’s knowledge and expertise were invaluable. Logan did an amazing job selling our home. He kept us informed along the way and responded to call and texts in a timely manner. We had listed first with Mark Spain and it was a horrible experience.
