Super connected broker -- knows everyone in town. He'll find opportunities you won't find on the internet. He also knows where the market is headed, and where to find value. We were looking for a place either in North Chattanooga or Lookout Mountain, and were having very little luck. Anything we found was being bought up for 10-20% over-asking, and we were getting outbid. Jay promised he would find something at a reasonable price that we would get, and he held true to his word. Highly recommend.

We knew as soon as we spoke with Jay for five minutes that he was the realtor for us. And we were right. He sold our condo in three days for a lot more than Zillow's estimated value and for what we probably would have listed it for with any other agent. There is no equal for the Robinson Team if you require real estate services in the greater Chattanooga area. As a real estate professional in Colorado, I was impressed with the knowledge, efficiency and service throughout the process of buying our own investment property. Without not even being there, Jay and Tricia navigated us through some challenges on the way to the closing table but they got us there. They continue you to assist us after the sale! We worked with Preston Putnam who was probably the most patient person I've ever met. My husband and I were looking for the perfect home and we wanted it quickly as we had relocated out of state and were in a tiny apartment. Preston took us to every house we asked to see and never once did I see him show any signs of frustration with us. He was very responsive, always smiling and willing to take us to yet another house. Very professional and polite, I would highly recommend working with him.

Jay, Ali, Tricia and the rest of The Robinson Team are consummate professionals. We sold two homes and bought one in the span of a single month with their guidance and help. If you live in Chattanooga or its environs, we aren’t sure why you would use a different realtor than Jay Robinson. Jay is that person whose combination of expertise, problem solving, and real estate skills will either find you the perfect home, or connect you with the perfect buyer.
