Zac was outstanding at finding us our home. He was very attentive to our needs. He was very patient with us while deciding weather or not we wanted to buy a house. He walked me through the process of everything I needed to know. He was very knowledgeable on the areas that we were looking. I 100% will let anyone that is looking to buy a house who he is.

Super connected broker -- knows everyone in town. He'll find opportunities you won't find on the internet. He also knows where the market is headed, and where to find value. We were looking for a place either in North Chattanooga or Lookout Mountain, and were having very little luck. Anything we found was being bought up for 10-20% over-asking, and we were getting outbid. Jay promised he would find something at a reasonable price that we would get, and he held true to his word. Highly recommend.
Jay sold our house on Thompson Street in North Chattanooga for a record setting price for the area. Not only that his team provided outstanding service throughout the process and was a pleasure to work with. Fabulous experience start to finish.
