Hello! I want to thank the Rumpke trash collection person who services our neighborhood. This person took the extra time today to close the lids on all of the trash containers this morning. With the threat of possible rain in the forecast, this person was being very thoughtful while thinking of the residents who, like me, find it difficult to empty rainwater out of the trash container. Good. Only complaint is since we live on a very busy road, some times the trashcans get left in the middle of the driveway, which means I have to stop/park on a busy road, get out of car to move trashcan so i can get in my driveway. if i was in a subdivision i wouldnt care so much, but being on a road where people drive over 45 mph...its frustrating. thank you

My garbage is never fully emptied. Whether it’s the trash bin or recycling bin. More often than not teach or recyclables are left in the bottom.

My recycling and trash are always picked up on Tuesday. Rumpke is very reliable about pick-up times. I have used their services to pick up an old mattress too, and it worked out well.
