Overall, I'm satisfied with your service, but sometimes trash, and particularly recyclables, fall out of the bin on their way into the truck and the driver seems to make no effort to clean up the resulting mess on the ground.

You all do fine. The only complaint is the boys just throw the cans down and the wind takes them away and we have to chase them down. If they would just stack them together,that would help and set them in the small ditch where we set them up at. Thank you. Do you all ever have a day that you pick up large things for free?

Service is fine, but collections come every two weeks. It's annoying to not have enough space to recycle since it doesn't come each week.
