My previous dental office was terrible so after 7 years with them I decided to look for a different dental office. I searched and found this dental office that they accept local 3 insurance. My family and I went there last 11/19 and it was the great decision we ever made. Like many others, the dentist has never been my friend since I'm usually so uncomfortable with the visits. I found this office looking to use my expiring insurance benefit and I have no regrets. Shout out to David the hygienist who was very patient with me for most of the beginning process. I have a tiny mouth so I don't do well with the X-ray process as he did his best to make me comfortable and get the images. This place is really good. The whole team worked together to ensure highest quality of service provided to me as a patient. Hygienist Andrejsa (forgive me if I misspelled the name) took time to explain every step of the way, made me feel very comfortable, and was very gentle. She showed me a great technique how to remove plaque buildup when brushing, and gave me a little gift bag with new tooth brush, tooth paste, flosser, and mouth wash. I came here after a TON of research. I have EmblemHealth (formerly GHI) and the options were dismal. This office came up as one of the few with some very positive reviews. All of the staff- receptionists, hygienists, and dentist- were incredibly friendly and professional. The front desk staff is very friendly, Claudia and paola are always willing to help. The office is very clean. Dr. Filip is very knwoledgeable and corteous. Dr. Filip is very professional. He took his time to explain and answer all the questions. The tools are updated. The front desk staffs is friendly. The dental assistants are very polite and helpful.
