I have been going to the Smilist for a couple years already after having a bad experience in a previous dentist office. The entire staff is super friendly, the hygienist Ana takes the time to get to know you and makes you feel comfortable. She is also always making sure you are okay while she is doing the cleaning. The orthodontist Dr. Feldman is the BEST! I had a crazy experience with my teeth before meeting him, and he made everything better! I started seeing Dr. Sasieta in March for my Invisalign. Less then a year later my teeth are perfect! She's very meticulous in her work and I have the smile to prove it:) The front desk staff is very friendly and accommodating. She's only there Monday, Wednesday, and every other Saturday, so sometimes it's hard to get an appointment with her. But I've found my forever dentist!

Overall, I'm pretty happy with my experience at The Smilist. The staff was warm and inviting (all of them!), and this was a huge deal considering it was my first time at a dentist's office! Granted the wait time was ridiculous, but I saw how busy they were and I wasn't that peeved. The best part was that I did go through with my appointment with very little hassle. The thing I despised was the x-rays they needed. My mouth is small and it was very difficult for me to hold the camera in place so the x-ray could come out ... read more

This place is amazing for braces. The front desk staff is very knowledgeable, patient, and courteous. Claudia and Paola are nice and always willing to accommodate you. My daughter is being treated for braces. We have been coming here since April and she is super excited because her teeth have straighten. She hasn't had any severe pain and that's because the orthodontists are knowledgeable. Dr. Filip is a caring, committed, skilled dentist who takes time to explain the procedure being recommended and the alternatives. The dental assistants (I had 3 different ones during my visits) are quite knowledgeable and experienced. Front office staff is helpful and pleasant - they accommodated my schedule and were very easy to deal with. The office is easy to get to via public transportation and find (I came from Manhattan). Highly recommend!!!!

I have been going to The Smilist for about four months now for various procedures. I have always walked away satisfied and very impressed with the entire staff. The dentists are very professional and friendly. They take their time and try their best to make sure you leave the office pain free. The dental hygienists are excellent. The front desk staff is always very helpful with all matters. I highly recommend The Smilist for all your dental needs.

Not at all professional. They kept changing my appointment day and time. They would call and say, "I don't have that time available any longer" when they were the ones who set the time in the first place. Finally, the called the day before my appointment to say they don't take my insurance. No problem but why did it take 6 weeks of then stringing me along and rescheduling to get to that point? Shouldn't that be the first thing they check? Anyway, they seem like a hot mess.

I went here for a few years and noticed that the quality of services has taken a drop. Went through 3 different dentists here, with the most recent having flat and unhelpful bedside manner. I was also charged for errors that they made regarding a dental procedure. Never returning and probably won't be able to as they are unable to keep honest appointments (they are constantly rescheduling last minute).

HUGE SCAM AND UNPROFESSIONAL! Made an appointment online and called ahead to confirm all my details only to be turned away two days before my appointment since the office is closed "All of July". INTERESTING. Their online intake forms require you to provide a CC and the paperwork says ANY AND ALL CHARGES ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY despite not even making it to the appointment. DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT COMING HERE AND SAVE YOURSELF A LOT OF TOOTH PAIN.
