I had wisdom tooth surgery scheduled months in advance. This is serious surgery- it will take you out of commission for several days. I took days off work, planned my whole life around this. I called two days ahead of the appointment to see how long the surgery would last and if I needed to fast the night before...they then informed me that they are no longer open on the day of the appointment and that I needed to reschedule, either two or four weeks down the road.
