It's quite busy here. Can't seem to make an appointment by phone, calling the office prompts an automated text message from their scheduling system, which is fine unless you need to reschedule. The system isn't always accurate, so sometimes they call to change your appointment, sometimes they don't call though and you just get a text message with a new time that may not work for you and no apparent way to change time besides stopping by in-person. Despite my friendly greeting, I was greeted with a repugnant attitude from the women behind the front desk. The hygienist, we were scheduled to meet with, had decided to leave early due to the fact that I didn't respond to an automated call, which I never actually recieved. Ha! 2x my appointments were cancelled. The 1st time they changed my appt from 12 pm to 11am and notified me 10 min before. Really? The 2nd time I showed up for an appointment and waited 20 min. In my car waiting for them to tell me to come in. Then i was told The dentist are going to lunch until 3 PM and the hygienist can't see me for an hour I should come back at 3pm - in two hours! They don't care about people only about the money. This place sucks.

Update on asking me to call - I have delayed my attorney from sending any paper work, until now. I called several times and the "New York City office is not available" lol really ridiculous, so unprofessional. How about pulling my patient record and giving me a call. I also have a picture I can send of the cut left On my lip from her work.

I am sorry to say this, but this place and service is a disgrace to dental work. Sunnyside deserves better. Horrible customer service and they only check your mouth and refer you to other doctors. They perform nothing and charge your insurance. It's been three days the doctor still did not send my prescriptio to the Rite Aid in the corner of 43 Ave and 45th street. They don't answer calls. I am sick and tired of hearing "this is Jackie please hold. Hold hold hold......bippppppp

5/7/2021 I have to say this practice has to be one of the worst I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Not only have they destroyed a tooth (#27) by using a dentist that couldn't figure out the equipment and left me with an unfinished root canal, the tooth ended up being extracted. I had to deal with a new dentist every time I turned around. SCAMMERS! One time they tried to charge me $150 for a procedure that was ALREADY covered for by my insurance. They told me my insurance denied coverage so I called them up and the insurance company told me its a procedure that does not even need approval but they just wanted me to pay $150? The receptionists were so rude to me because I was questioning them about the charges? They make fun of their patients in Spanish in front of them (they did not know I could understand them). awful. they quote they are a 24/7 emergency dentist with automated service. it let me book an appointment for labor day as i lost a front tooth. i got both a text and email confirmation. i waited all day for my 4:30 appt in pain and drove 30 min and no one was there. on tuesday morning got a call from a snooty receptionist saying it is corporate fault for not blocking the day. but could see me later in the week. this is not emergency service. you need to use a dentist that has an answering service that a human ans... read more

I came here about 2.5 years ago and I had seen doctor Valentina, she was great! But sadly, she left and I had a new dentist. This dentist had informed me that I had 3 cavities and had to get my root canal redone. This obviously puzzled me and to be honest, I didn't bother going back. I went to a different dentist a year later and was told that I have no cavities and did not have to get my root canal redone. Shame on you guys for pulling some nonsense like this.
