Unorganized and unnecessary. Came in for an emergency appointment in the beginning of January for trouble I was having with a wisdom tooth. Came in and had the major concerned addressed and was recommended to an oral surgeon, and they answered a few questions on a couple other concerns I've had. PEOPLE COME AND GO WITHOUT NOTIFYING PATIENTS! I have been going to this dentist for years, since a neighborhood dentist MOVED HIS PRACTICE there. that dentist left about a year later but I kept on going to the establishment and was seeing another dentist. guess what... he left soon after, as well. then I was seeing dr Valentina. she was amazing and helped me through a rough part of my life. now SHE'S gone! really? what is going on? also: getting an appointment is now ridiculous. Sneaky people. They stopped taking my insurance and never told me. I went to my cleaning appointment and, as usual, had no copay. A few weeks later, they texted me saying I had a bill of $120! Outrageous. Very deceptive. I am considering legal action. Also, they lied to us about our daughter's diagnosis. When we told them she has ADHD, they called back and told us the dentist said that the cavity might need root canal. If I can give them zero stars I would. Poor customer service I went to make an appointment and the Hispanic girl who sits on the far left was bothered because I asked if she takes my insurance and she repeated what I said loudly and said no. Then I told her my insurance states you take it and this is where I'm supposed to come and she said well we don't take your insurance anymore. "i've been here once before my teeth complately broken. They checked and they told me they sill call me back for appt. After couple month, my teeth get broken and started to cut my tongue and I went back again. They just checked and they told me I have to come back with appt which is months ahead and I have a emergency situation! "

The environment and people are nice, I wish every could be perfect. I went there for filling. The doctor told me that I will feel slight pain when eating but it is normal for few days. However, I have been feeling the slight pain for 1 month and it gets worst.

I was very pleased with the service during my first visit. The staff was very friendly and I really appreciate that I was seen very close to my scheduled appointment time. The dentist was very pleasant and professional. However, I was very upset today with my visit. I had requested that the receptionist schedule an appointment for me in which the can do most of my fillings in one appointment (i do not have a lot) as I am not granted much time off of work. We brought our daughter who is 6 here for 2 appts. Once with my husband, she had a regular visit and was told she had a small cavity. He said DDS was good and the whole visit was rather uneventful. I came the second time for the filling. First off, the DDS treating my daughter the 2nd time was not the same Dentist she had met. This Dr had terrible bedside manner and clearly was uncomfortable with kids. She was cold, impatient and didn't even attempt to explain to a young frightened child what she was about to do to her. Worst customer service/ Receptionist I have ever dealt with. I was willing to give them a shot due to some of the good reviews so i went ahead and contact my insurance and had them change my provider to this office. And my insurance said im good to go to go ahead and call and make my appointments for me and my son. I called and they had an opening for the next day at 10am, Perfect i thought.. until she asked for my insurance which is now liberty dental that replaced healthplex.
