I had a great experience here. The service was great. But now I keep getting the bill for the balance that was not covered by my insurance for the services provided a year ago. The smilist is a participating provider and according to the insurance I am not responsible for any charges. And I had asked upfront if there are any charges not covered by my insurance. I visited this place five years ago and had a root canal done. It was about $600 with no insurance. A year later, I had to redo it at another place due to severe discomfort which costed around $1500 with insurance. So watch out. Do your research. Good luck.

The dental care is fine and the office staff is friendly. My issue is with billing. We have gotten mistaken bills for almost a thousand dollars about four times. Every time we call the office, they assure us that it is a mistake due to insurance claim issues and they zero the balance. But I am tired of the unwelcome surprise of opening a bill for nine hundred dollars when I actually have dental insurance that covers the costs. It is frustrating. Keep meaning to switch dentists...

This is my first time visiting this dental office. The front desk lady was rude and unfriendly. I called a few days ago to make an appointment at 9am and I didn't got call in until 10am. I mean what is the purpose of scheduling an appointment if they are never on schedule. Overall experience is bad and uncomfortable.

I went to this dentist a few times. I never had a problem with the dentists, but the office staff is rude and condescending. They usually cancel several times before the appointment and when you do get there, the wait time is ridiculous. One of the hygienists doesn't seem to know how to use the equipment and is always trying to set up more extensive work while the other says that there is no problem. I don't trust them and I am looking for another dentist office.

I went to this office for a regular check up and cleaning. Dr. Valentina did exam and had found six fillings to do and two crowns ,though i did not have any pain. She could not, properly, explain why i needed this work. What had ticked me off to write this is, unprofessionalism of the staff. The low rating is for the scheduling staff. I had made an appointment for myself and my daughter for the first week of December because I wanted to make sure my claims are submitted for this year's insurance period. A few days prior to my appointment a lady called to say that the hygienist won't be in that day and I needed to reschedule which is no big deal. clean quiet nice stacf but the wait time is a pain i cam 11am left 2pm only to have a tooth pulled out felt like i was falling asleep in the waiting room please clear your day they should say because you will be here alllllllll day :(
I have an abscessed tooth and my dentist recently retired. Following his suggestion, I went to The Smilist. COMPLETE MISTAKE. First appointment kept me waiting over 30 minutes because no one had a key to the front door. Second had me waiting over an hour.
