Moving here has been super smooth and I'm very happy with our apartment. Mike at the front desk has been fantastic to work with in coordinating our move, ensuring our apartment is fixed up before we move in, and providing prompt correspondence. Not only does he do an outstanding job, but he is also very friendly and easy to work with. He definitely deserves a pay raise. Although it’s been just two weeks since I settled in, I already feel like I could call this place ‘home.’ That wouldn’t have been possible without the enormous help from Mike!!! He’s incredibly helpful and supportive toward new community members—especially if you’re from abroad. It means a lot to see people around you trying to understand your needs and to help you as much as they can. I haven’t lived in an apartment in almost ten years and was concerned with how the whole process would go, and this complex exceeded my expectations. The property is well kept and there’s always parking available. And the staff! Baxter was very accommodating with my certain needs for my space, and Mike has been so attentive; from answering my questions to just being genuine and all-around kind. I truly thank the Lord for this place and the people who run it.

I have loved living at the southwestern, so much so that I transferred apartments to move in with my girlfriend. The whole process was super quick, easy and affordable and was handled excellently by Mike in the leasing office. He went above and beyond to make sure the transition to the new apartment was as easy as possible and made us feel welcome and cared for along the way.
