Timbers Apartment Review The Apartments are spacious and worth the money you are paying as the location is close to the shopping stores , hospitals , schools and corporate offices like Costco, Siemens and Microsoft. However, i feel like the amenities are not getting replaced in a timely manner , it needs to be upgraded when they (Timbers) rent out the Apartments to the customers. Parking is ample and the staffs are friendly and helping people. Overall, Timbers is a good place to live in with family.

No the issue was not resolved. The disposal per the third party contracted ter ots still leaking. Office staff was informed was not addressed.
think 2x think twice, maintenance is professional good to have office team but service quality is not consistent. ok environment, prepare 2 pay for first month utility u did not use. heat is not sufficient in winter and need to install air conditioner for summer...
Not impressed for the rent price I have rented before, when my guest bathroom was not working the good guys of the maintenance group came to my place several times with poor results. I suggested they change the whole toilet, well until a professional plumber agreed with my common sense idea, maintenance guys came and replaced it maybe I was a week or more without a toilet,
Dying Gardens - Zero Water In the last few years the complex has 100% turned off the watering of the shrubs. Now the atmosphere and beauty is gone. Many many plants and trees have died. It is embarassing.
Maintenance need work Maintenance needs a lot of work. Most of the times things are not addressed or fixed in a timely manner. It's extremely irritating getting anything fixed us impossible because the communication is so poor. For example I put a request to fix my screen door two weeks ago. Nothing has happened except major miscommunications within the leasing team and maintance. Ok but Expensive I’ve lived here several years. Parking has always been a problem. The building interiors are nice enough but below builder grade materials. Exterior maintenance is not a priority as the staff is overwhelmed by the interior work. They’re good folks and make the place nice.
Rude staff Have been a resident of this community since last year. Average townhomes, but what really shocked us today was the behavior of one of their leasing staff. By the way, the incident today wasn't the first time this person behaved this way with us. My husband was having a polite discussion with her on phone regarding the ongoing lease renewal for our townhome when all of a sudden she started using a very rude tone.
