Great property in great location Timbers is very conveniently located close to shops & freeway entrance. The staff goes out it's way to help you. Great value for the rental price level. Downside: lack of signage, expect your Uber be lost every time. Super thin walls so you will be aware of your neighbours TV tastes. Old appliances. Overall good property choice considering location & price
Expensive af Unfortunately the property owners are making up for lost revenue during the moratorium by jacking up rent for those renewing leases. Some have worked through the pandemic making all payments on time and are barely getting by. Would have been nice to have a gym this past year but it's been "under construction." I know rent increases are normal but a $3500+ increase is a tough pill to swallow coming out of this pandemic and staggering inflation

Good place if you want to live in Issaquah The views (if you get a patio with one) are great. Unit layouts are good, but slightly old. Overall a decently good place.
