Good place if you want to live in Issaquah The views (if you get a patio with one) are great. Unit layouts are good, but slightly old. Overall a decently good place.
Timbers townhome overall good property and nice location , town homes near fall city road are very noisy. No suitable pay area for kids in town home
Great for the price I enjoy living here. Sometimes the walls are a bit thin and you can hear your neighbors from several apartments away but other than that the staff is very responsive.

Nice place with aspirational pricing Overall, I like my place here. That said, the rent is high and goes up with every renewal which I find to be rather optimistic on their part considering current market conditions. The management staff is, overall, professional and maintenance hasn't been a problem. Working from home amid the Covid-19 outbreak I find that the landscaping noise is unacceptable, more an issue with the walls and windows, and street noise from Black Nugget road keeps me from sleeping with the window open.

Timbers everything about this place is amazing. From the grounds to the homes. The staff is the best staff I have ever seen at a community!!
Timbers Apartment Review The Apartments are spacious and worth the money you are paying as the location is close to the shopping stores , hospitals , schools and corporate offices like Costco, Siemens and Microsoft. However, i feel like the amenities are not getting replaced in a timely manner , it needs to be upgraded when they (Timbers) rent out the Apartments to the customers. Parking is ample and the staffs are friendly and helping people. Overall, Timbers is a good place to live in with family.
