My review Lived here since 2017, love the location and the price and the staff.
The Timbers Have really enjoyed the views walking outside and the people are great. Nice and quiet.
Living at the timbers I like the location and staff are super nice. I don't like living under someone I hear their stomping and walking around. Otherwise it's great.
quiet place with reasonable price I have lived here for more than one year and everything is fine. The biggest issue is that the space of the parking is too limited.
Great Spot The staff is the highlight of The Timbers. Alexia might be the most helpful customer service employee we’ve ever encountered. I’ll not be moving away until I purchase a place because of the service.
Great property in great location Timbers is very conveniently located close to shops & freeway entrance. The staff goes out it's way to help you. Great value for the rental price level. Downside: lack of signage, expect your Uber be lost every time. Super thin walls so you will be aware of your neighbours TV tastes. Old appliances. Overall good property choice considering location & price
Expensive af Unfortunately the property owners are making up for lost revenue during the moratorium by jacking up rent for those renewing leases. Some have worked through the pandemic making all payments on time and are barely getting by. Would have been nice to have a gym this past year but it's been "under construction." I know rent increases are normal but a $3500+ increase is a tough pill to swallow coming out of this pandemic and staggering inflation
