The best community. I love living here. The residents are friendly, the location ideal. I have some problems with appliances—my dishwasher doesn’t always work, the washer for clothes doesn’t sense the smaller specialized loads—but I enjoy being here. My biggest complaint is the constant maintenance and upkeep, I know it’s necessary but I work nights and having the leaf blower running or fire alarm testing on days that I work 12-16 hour shifts is painful. The Timbers Have really enjoyed the views walking outside and the people are great. Nice and quiet.
Living at the timbers I like the location and staff are super nice. I don't like living under someone I hear their stomping and walking around. Otherwise it's great.
quiet place with reasonable price I have lived here for more than one year and everything is fine. The biggest issue is that the space of the parking is too limited.
