Overall Very Quiet and Enjoyable Only been in townhouse for 2 weeks and neighbors on both sides seem to be fairly quiet. I can hear their toilets flush however as it makes a very loud and startling clank in the pipes.

The Timbers Review I just moved in this August, the application process was brutal and in-depth, but was worth the hassle.
The best community. I love living here. The residents are friendly, the location ideal. I have some problems with appliances—my dishwasher doesn’t always work, the washer for clothes doesn’t sense the smaller specialized loads—but I enjoy being here. My biggest complaint is the constant maintenance and upkeep, I know it’s necessary but I work nights and having the leaf blower running or fire alarm testing on days that I work 12-16 hour shifts is painful. Very noisy road next to townhomes There must be some separation to block noise from the fall city road
