Good location Great community . The interior of the homes are spacious and well maintained. The location is great. The units are well maintained. Appliances and fixtures should be updated . covered parking is there.some apartment has garages also. Nice place for family's
Good Apartment Living here for a few years and the Timbers is well positioned near lots of things that you need from recreation to stores. Its comfortable with few issues with the neighbors that I have seen and the staff is quite friendly!
Very comfortable I love my apartment the view is beautiful so the three flights of stairs aren't so bad for the view. I love the staff Alexia has been really helpful and soo nice so thank you Alexia!!
Great place to live Very enjoyable Great Staff and service. The noise from the highway can be distracting.
Great spot, little things could go a long way I've been here for almost 7 years. It's a great spot, the staff is friendly, albeit sometimes unwilling to go the extra mile. I've also noticed things like lights be broken or out for several years (easy things to fix). The lighting at nighttime is not ideal also. All that said, the value is great, and I continue to live here because there are no major problems, just some small issues that could easily be resolved.
Overall Very Quiet and Enjoyable Only been in townhouse for 2 weeks and neighbors on both sides seem to be fairly quiet. I can hear their toilets flush however as it makes a very loud and startling clank in the pipes.
hope to have more parking spaces My friend is hard to find a parking when he visited me.
A best place to have a happy life We are so happy about this place. Staff is really good and responsive
