Needs improvement The Exterior of the building it is below standards. The gutters are so full that during the winter time it had stormed icicles that were dangerous and life-threatening. The landscaping well-maintained nicely the bushes are dead and there is no grass. Alien has not been recited painted in several years. The columns out front of the town houses are literally falling apart. The garage doors are vented and rest.
Not worth anything The prices are OVER PRICED
Landscaping has gone to pot! The only reason maintenance got a low rating is because of the landscaping. The maintenance crew for the buildings are excellent. The landscaping, however, continues to decline. The area west of the E building, for one, is never watered. What used to be a lush garden, was cleared of many plants last year and those left are dying from lack of water. Review There should be more play area for kids and discount in rent to residents living for longer period
Meh. Don't expect much and the neighbors are pretty rude The manager is pretty aggressive and has lied on a couple of occasions. Make sure to put everything in writing when trying to get something resolved. The maintenance staff seems decent and friendly yet harried by the management quotas. Parking is an issue when we have guests. We have one reserved spot for our unit.
