We had wood flooring installed recently in our master bedroom and we couldn't be happier with the result. Very professional, local store that offers great service and products. Vertical Connection carpeted our 2,600 sq. ft. home. Their price was highly competitive for a good quality product, and the staff, from sales through the office support were highly professional, prompt and responsive to any concerns we had. The installers were first-rate and a good reflection of the business. Overall, we were more than satisfied with Vertical Connection’s performance from beginning to end and would highly recommend them.
The workers did an excellent job of laying down the vinyl--despite some odd angles and small areas that they had to deal with. It took about a day and a half as had been projected and they were very thoughtful about leaving the area clean after the first day. We're very happy with the product and especially happy with the workmanship.
Ron and Tom were AWESOME! We are so happy with our floor. They guys took their time, left a clean workspace and were very kind and patient with our 100lb dog. We cannot wait to place our next order with Vert Conn, and we hope to get the SAME crew! Great guys!!!
