Well the house is not worth near what you pay in bah. If they offer you bouton housing take the section 8 off post it's nicer. I've seen broken bottles in the street for days and a speed bump every 100yds. And for live utilities they just started in Davis housing, after being told that we would get mock bills for a few months before the real bills stated, never happened they just stated and gave no notice to tenants. And in an e-mail to one person living in Davis they stated the billing is prorated back to September 1 2015. ... read more
Worst mistake my husband and I ever made was moving on post. No matter what there offering its not worth it. You can find nicer places off post for less money.
They will find any excuse not to pay the referral bonus. Very disappointing when your on the paperwork for a referral and they say they won't pay it. Great job guys.
I find it absolutely ridiculous that the pools will be closed after this weekend until Memorial Day weekend. I would understand this policy in places like the northern states where September 1 marks the beginning of fall and cooler weather; however, here where the weather will be in the upper 90's this week and doesn't cool off until around October 1?
