Management over Patton village, I wish I would have made an ICE comment the first time I had an issue with this office. I wish I would have because their incompetents still continues. On the 23 Dec 2016 I received a call from Patton village management saying I had to come to the office immediately due to them not getting a payment from me. This was our first time living on Post. We lived in Custer Villiage and enjoyed our space. We had a spider issue and the exterminator worked super hard to fix the issue. We got the cleaning credit as when we left we passed inspection and they said it was clean enough to let the new people move in. They were very impressed with how clean it was (cleaner then when we moved in). We are now at Fort Knox and I would move back to Benning in a Heartbeat. We had many, many issues with Villages of Benning. We were moved into a filthy house, maintenance was nothing but problems. I would schedule appointments to fix things in our house and they wouldn't show up. I rescheduled and the same thing would happen. Staff was very rude when I would try to address issues. If we were to ever come back to Benning we would live off post!!
Its very upsetting that I have tried calling since yesterday and the person who has my case is either out or doing something. I tried calling two months ago and the same thing happen. I'm currently overseas so my communication is very limited and I tried my best to call on different time to see if it was just bad timing but no same results. Instead of making this transition smooth is making it harder and it seems like I have to stalk people in order to get a response. Very sad!!
when we first moved here We liked the houses, We liked the set up of the rooms and all. The neighborhood (Patton Village Phase 2) was good We liked our neighbors too, so not much issues there. What was very very disappointing is that we pay all our BAH for cheaply built houses and then to top it off Maintnance really really sucks!!! Renter beware! The community and location is the ONLY draw to living in this community! Services you begin your contract with will likely not be the ones you end with. In the past year we have had 3 services taken. And that is only the beginning of the issues with this poorly run business (and I say business, because decisions are clearly made with profit in mind) , who handles these properties.
