Location is great, but would live off-base if I could choose again. Roaches, bats, asbestos, lead paint crisis, basement floods, 70+ work orders in a year, and maintenance response times over a month make for un-nerving Family life.

Business response:

Hi, Jeff. We apologize for your experience and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Would you mind sending us a Private Message (PM) with your address and contact information so that we can have a member of management contact you directly?

Horrible Experience!! My husband left for drill school early July and we immediately put in our application for housing. After speaking to Kayla Chouccoli she assured us that we would have a home when we arrived early October. After being in contact for weeks she offered us a home September 19th but we were not scheduled to arrive until October 9th. After explaining that we were still at Ft. Carson and my husband was still in the process of clearing she then told us that we would need to sign for the home within 24 hours and... read more

Maintenece for this company is a joke. I have asked on several occasion for them to fix a fence that has boards knocked out of it and each time the tech has come after he “fixed” the fence I was able to push lightly and it fell right back out. Did not bother to put new nails or a new board which is laughable to say the least. I have dogs and for the safety of my neighbors and my dogs the fence must be secure. Not to mention I have spoken with the Maintenece supervisor of two different occasions for a wiring problem in the ho... read more

After living on post here at Benning for almost 6 months, we can’t wait for our lease to end to move off post! Living on post here is convenient for our kids to go to school but other than that it is a headache!

Lived at benning for 8 years total in 3 different housing areas. DOT NOT get a house in patton village. Mind you I cleared 2 housing areas and may have paid 50 dollars in total for the move out. Patton village pulled deal out of their back side and charges me almost 1000 d9loars for stuff. I then talked to some other people that moved out and were charged for the same stuff and the repairs were never made yet they were paid for. They count on you not knowing the people the move in the house after you and you will not find ou... read more

Maintenance on post is a joke. My ac went out in my home, it was making rattling noises and my house was starting to smell like smoke. I called the 24hr maintenance line at 1am Friday morning and someone did show up, the worker came and told me what was going on, but gave me the bad news, the shop was closed and nothing could be done until 8am. Worker told me someone would be back then. Called later that morning because it was 12pm and no one had come and it was extremely hot in my home . Worker didn’t show up till 2pm to br... read more

This place does not care about you or your families ! I have dealt with mold in 2 different houses here and they don’t take it serious ! I am still waiting to find out what they are going to do this time ! Mean while I took air quality samples ( which produced nasty mold) an sent them to a lab for testing since maintenance wants to tell me it’s nothing and mainly dust ! Don’t live here , move off post ! You will constantly stay sick in these homes! And no one will care
