Very disappointed and in shock. I took my pup in for his second shots. I didn't even get shots instead they took my pup to the back and pulled his stitches without even letting me know! His stitches weren't even supposed to be removed this early I have another vet scheduled to pull them 5 days from now. They pulled the stitches early! On top of not getting his shots I get charged for something I didn't even want! Doesn't make any sense why they would do this. This was a pretty great vet until my last visit there where I could hear one of the vet techs rudely talking about me and my pet through the door of the room. My family doesn't always have the money to affordable my older animals medicine. So it's hard sometimes to get there medicine between the cost of the vet visit and the meds and so on. Well. Took my dog in (she's a Pitbull so we already get a bad rep) the woman at the check in was extremely rude, and disrespectful. I left before even having her see the vet. Worst thrive clinic I've been to and they have lost all business from me.

This place is a scam. They are only trying to make more money and have no concern for the pet or their wellbeing. They constantly increase their prices and include unnecessary shots and incentives when it was not asked for. Highly recommend you take your pets elsewhere.

I HAD a beautiful Chihuahua named Chi Chi. She was beautiful with beautiful Hazel eyes that matched her blonde coat. She was 9 years old. I noticed that she was having some trouble breathing and took her to Thrive. This was the rudest vet office I've ever been to. I took my dog in for a routine dental cleaning after the required pre-dental blood-work screening and physical exam. The vet staff told me that they would contact me at 12:30pm-12:45pm to set up a pick up time. At 1:34pm I contacted the vet office because I had yet to hear from them. Jacob answered the phone and I asked for a status update. He put me on hold and returned with good new that my pet had done fine and she was recovering from anesthesia well. Hello to all fur parents. Thrive was highly recommended. However, as of today my fur baby will not be returning. Today I called into this location specifically to receive clear instructions to be sure my only off day which is Monday of each week to confirm I would be able to pick up flea prevention for my baby. I had the worst experience in this vet care, my dog was bit, and they said they're not a full service clinic, and only reason why I decided to go here is because of the reviews, will probably NEVER come again. My dog was bleeding and they couldn't help, and in all honesty I think it was because the Vet was going to lunch so they were in a rush. I'd recommend to not come here and waste your time!!
Wish i could put no stars This review is about my beautiful dog who was recently put down. We took him to Thrive. The women who attended to us was very arrogant. While waiting, she spoke to us before we went inside the checkup room. After reading our file she said "Where did you find him?". The file states he was our dog, she was trying to insinuate we weren't taking care of our dog.
