These people and the new doctor at this location are milking you for your money, prices went up almost 100%, and charging you for things you don't need and over prescribing unnecessary medication. I have had my dog for 4 years and had never dealt with this much nonsense. Used to drive 45 minutes out to come to this location specifically, however the new doctor is very strange and condescending we will not be returning.

I originally started with Thrive at the River Oaks location and after moving, i have recommended Thrive to no less than a 100 people over the years. I started coming to this location for the past two years. I rescued a dog about a month ago from an irresponsible owner that didn't vaccinate the pet. Three days after getting her she came down with Parvo. I spent thousands of dollars to save this pup. Thankfully she survived. I had her scheduled to be spayed and the pre-op bloodwork was completed. BEWARE OF DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES and poor service. I called the phone number listed and it goes to a call center where there was no help. I had to be placed on hold several times to be able to speak with the actual clinic that I took my dog to. I was calling to get the results of a test for my dog that I was supposed to receive weeks ago and never did. Called and asked if they could email me a copy of her records for a health certificate and they refused...like why? We've been there multiple times, we're literally in the system, why do I need to bring my cat in just to get a copy of her records. Absolutely ridiculous.

A ten minute appointment took an hour. This kind of wait time is not acceptable. I finally left the appointment adtrr an hour without actually getting to see the vet.

So the owner of Thrive after my complaint about how horrible this place is ,, responded by she couldn't find in any info on me ? Oh this is not a fake review Just my point of an owner who doesn't look on her appt book and see that yesterday I had a 5:00 appt with my name and pets I think these responses to put complaints are fake ? What owner can't find a client who's been going there for 2 years All vaccinations oh and they confirm appt with texts so they even have my number She can't be that incompetent

The office staff is one of the most incompetent I have ever had to deal with. Every month when I try to refill my dogs prescription there's a problem. Every single time! And when you call the people who answer have no idea how to do anything or what's going on. I tried to get a refill approved through chewy and they denied it, so I tried to fill it through the office only to be told they're out of stock. I've since stopped coming here. Last time I went, I waited over 30 minutes with no one coming in the exam room. I walked out to the lobby and two vet techs were out there talking and laughing. I never returned.

This new location has gone downhill... I've never had any problems with the Woodlake location, their staff was fine. Honestly, I would not bring my pet here for anything other than routine things such as vaccines/flea meds. I brought my dog in for a full senior panel (blood/urinalysis) and waited over 2 weeks with no call back about the results. Fine, we're still in a pandemic so I gave them the benefit of the doubt that they're busy/the lab is backed up and someone would eventually get back to me. It never happened. I fina... read more
