I had the pleasure of being assisted by Heather at the clinic, and I couldn’t be more impressed! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm and friendly smile, instantly making me feel at ease. She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain everything in detail regarding my pet's care. Wonderful service all around! Very friendly staff and vet as soon as you walk through the door. Very gentle with my cat and she did well even though she was very anxious. I would highly recommend this vet care company.
I agree with other feedback posted. Cost: There always seems to be surprise fees added in to the bill each visit to make up for the “free” services that come with the Thrive membership. I even paid almost $60 to have one of my dogs receive 1 vaccine in the reception area last fall. Customer Service: I went to the McKinney Thrive for surgery on my elder pups eye lid and had a nightmare experience with the staff there. I brought my little old dog in for some concerns, and Heather was so great! She helped us every step of the way. She was so patient (we had a lot of questions) My dog absolutely adored her, which makes me so happy. I hope she never leaves this location.
I've been going there for past couple years and every visit, they tend to add extra charges. Today I called their office to make an appointment for my cat and as I was voicing my concern with the lady on the phone (Heather), about unnecessary charges, she kept interrupting me and wouldn't let me finish. she started laughing at me when I asked her to please let me finish.
