I visited Thrive Pet Healthcare in Plano today with my puppy for her first round of vaccines, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and gentle with my pup. Everyone was so kind, patient, and clearly cared deeply about the animals they treat. Very friendly staff and vet as soon as you walk through the door. Very gentle with my cat and she did well even though she was very anxious. I would highly recommend this vet care company.
Took my German Shepherd into legacy for his shots after a horrible experience with Heather last time. Her attitude when I told her he's a rescue with an unclear past and has a tendency to get aggressive was unreal. After she laughed in my face she told me with an attitude she knew what she was doing.......she was warned, nothing but smartass attitude from her until he showed her his was bigger. I agree with other feedback posted. Cost: There always seems to be surprise fees added in to the bill each visit to make up for the “free” services that come with the Thrive membership. I even paid almost $60 to have one of my dogs receive 1 vaccine in the reception area last fall. Customer Service: I went to the McKinney Thrive for surgery on my elder pups eye lid and had a nightmare experience with the staff there.
