I wish I could offer 0 stars. Very unprofessional and unorganized. Clearly there is no communication between the vet and the administration. If you book an appointment for a specific medication and vaccine and they say "Yes I can help you" then I expect for nothing more than to be helped. I let the vet know that my pet has been prescribed apaquill because he needed something for his severe allergies. I also needed his rabies shot and the test and medication for heartworm. I really want to make this our new Vet but not off to a good start. Took my dog in that develop a serious skin issue that was getting worse. I was greeted promptly and friendly. As I signed in, she asked if I had an appointment. I informed her that I was a walk in (signs in the window and website say "walk-ins welcome"). It was 5:09 and they do not close until 6...no other patients waiting in lobby.
