I stopped going to Thrive due to lack of appointments back in 2017. This week I decided to make an appointment to get my dogs nails just trimmed. I originally made the appointment online. I had to change the date due to family emergency so I called and spoke to someone to change the date. My appointment was this morning. I get up there for them only to tell me they cannot trim my dogs nails because they haven't seen her since 2017. Not really sure why this place has such great reviews. I scheduled an appointment for my cat to be seen to get her shots updated and an annual exam and i had to wait hour. When I finally got to visit the vet, the appointment was about 20 minutes. Not really sure why we make appointments if it's just walk ins. A week later my cat stopped eating. Took her to a different vet and was seen right away. My cat had a high fever. Will never bring my cat or any animal here again. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

This location absolutely sucks. See previous reviews. I tried to give them another chance today but was sorely disappointed. The other locations are great, will try to fit you in, good customer service..but this one? I'm done..this location can go under for all I care.
Awful experience. I have an old cat who is skinny. Brought her in to check things out. It was automatically assumed that I could not pay more than 100$ even though I never gave a budget. Was then told that without a current rabies vaccine, which she did not have due to prior concerns, if she bit anyone, they would have to report it, euthanize her, and "saw her head off". We took our elderly dog back in April and received a diagnosis of lymphoma. We were told there isn't much that can be done other than paying a specialist $1000 to stage it. (And that he could still live years with the cancer or die in two weeks). The care was ok...vet was very business like and it seemed like a transaction. Never going back! I would rather pay 3x as much at a full service vet than go back to this location. Lack of compassion; vet and tech clearly aren't familiar with behaviors of a shy and nervous dog. As opposed to helping my GSD, who is nervous with strangers and in vet offices), to feel relaxed and earn their trust, the vet simply avoided doing a complete well check. The worst vet experience I have ever had. I believe I should have read the reviews before going and I might have saved myself a trip and the bill. My 10 year old cat was throwing up and sick and had some bad skin reaction. Upon arriving to my 11am appointment I was sent to a room to wait 30 minutes before being seen. Really bad with dogs. After waiting for almost an hour (with appointment) they took us in a room and my dog was really scared. They wanted to just grab my dog without petting her or anything then they expected my dog to come up to them so she could get her shots. That's not how you are supposed to approach someone that is scared. They didn't even pet her and she was so scared that they made me hold her down. My poor baby. Super bad experience. I won't come back to this place ever again.

I've taken one my dogs here before had no complaints about that visit, but this morning I tried to bring my 14 yr old dog in that was having trouble breathing and I was told they don't have any appointments available today and sent away without checking with the vet or sending a technician out to see if my dog was stable to transport to another hospital Please train your reception staff to know the signs of an animal in distress or to get another person that knows how before sending sick animals away.
