I fired them. Can never get my cats in. They take new patients but then cant see their current ones. Done!!!
I wouldn't classify them as "affordable". I was quoted $35 for a heart worm test for my dog. That's what my regular vet charges. To top it off they wouldn't have been able get us in for an appt for 2 weeks! Needless to say I didn't use them. If I wanted to pay that much I'd take my dog to his regular vet where I could get in today.
It would have been nice to schedule an appointment here, but I was put on hold for FORTY minutes. That's right. 4.0. Then they hung up on me. When I called back, the phone rang a bunch and went to voicemail. I do not appreciate having my time wasted.
Have no problems with the veterinary care or the staff, but it seems they've become more popular and aren't equipped to handle a number of patients they try to squeeze in per hour. It's likely that you'll be waiting anywhere from 30-45 minutes before you get into a room and even then expect to wait another 20-30 minutes before the Dr finally comes in. We were referred to Thrive so I pulled up their site, but didn't see the service that we needed. I called them during business hours on 06/05/17, but no one answered the phone so I left a voicemail. When we didn't hear back after a few days, we sent an email. They have not returned our call or responded to our email as of 06/19/17. I don't recommend using any business that doesn't answer their phone during business hours or return communications. I can spend my money elsewhere.
Consistently make you wait about an hour after your appointment time before they see you. Very difficult to schedule your day when thrive is unable to accurately schedule their clients appointments.
This is a classic case of you get what you pay for. Thrive is cheaper than any vet I've seen but that comes at a price. The staff is rude and unwilling to help. When I tried to order heart guard for my dog they denied the order. When I asked why they said I needed to prove she had been on medication. Their customer service is abysmal and I'll never do business with them again. Hopefully they fail and go out of business so no one else suffers from their lack of integrity.
Decent prices, nice facility. The vets seem nice but the receptionists never return calls, which is problematic when you're trying to get records for things like boarding. We changed vets after two visits.
It seems you either have a great experience here or a terrible one. Sadly, I'm in the latter boat. Like the other negative reviews, mine has much more to do with customer service than vet service. I've been in a couple of times and found the staff to be a mix, mostly ok, but sometimes less than friendly. All well. It's about the pups, not me.
