I've been using Thrive for over a year, but our last experience there has ended that loyalty. Although they seem great with dogs, Thrive is not the place for your feline friend. The vet techs held my cat up by her top half, her legs dangling, and were surprised that she was wiggling and uncomfortable. I suggested she support her legs, and the tech was surprised when my cat immediately calmed down. She also ruffled my cat's fur like she was a dog. I'm shocked she didn't get scratched. I have never been to a veterinarian where I've just walked in and said my dog needs help and was turned away, until Thrive. No vet should be to busy to see an animal that needs help. I left and went to another vet they took him right in even though people were waiting. Turned out my dog had a collapsed trachea. This cost me more money but it was worth every dollar knowing that they cared enough to see him and give him medication. I will have to really think about it before I go back to thrive.
I really wanted to love this Vet. When they first opened they met all of my expectations. However, a few years in and multiple staff changes and I can no longer see this as a viable care center. Staff are rude at least the ones I encountered. Too many other affordable vet centers to compromised. Taking my business elsewhere.

I recently had appointment to have my dogs teeth cleaned. I was told I needed to have my pet examined first which, website stated was $15. So, I was early and waiting for Vet when a LATE guy came in. I was put in waiting room and WAITED an hour to see Vet. Turned out the LATE Guy was seen and gone before I was seen. So, I was then told I needed to pay $75 for a Blood draw to be sure my pet was OK for surgery. Was not Happy... My poor puppy is currently fighting an awful foot infection & possibly about to lose her leg due to TWO incompetent visits to Thrive. I am so beyond upset. They took my money each time & offered no solutions for what could have been an easy fix. They didn't care about my dog. I would never recommend anybody ever come here. They may have $15 visits but they charge you up in medicine, shots & tests without even examining the real problem correctly. Stay far, far away.
You have to be kidding me!! Called to ask about food types and make an appointment. The receptionist rudely hangs up on me and proceeded to not answer the phone the next 5 calls! Absolutely unprofessional. Asked to speak to a manager, was put on hold for 25 minutes!! And still nobody picked up the phone. This place is the absolute worst!!!

Had an appointment booked weeks in advance for a travel certificate for a trip. Thrive called to cancel the appointment the day before our scheduled appointment.
Unfortunately, I haven't been happy with this place lately. Iasked for a prescription to be filled yesterday 5 hours before thrive closed and said it was urgent. The tech said they would call me but no guarantees it could be ready. I received an email at 8:30pm stating it was ready, they closed at 6pm. I guess I'm picking it up tomorrow. It didn't do my dog any good and he scratched until he was bleeding because of allergies. I get to the vet at 5:20pm today to pick up the prescription, it wasn't even ready. I made an appointment a week or so out, then realized my schedule was tight. So I called early the same day to see if I could move it up. They told me there weren't any openings, but not to worry because it was only a 15 minute appointment (just annual shots). So I went in with my dog, and they escorted us back to an exam room...where I proceeded to wait for 20 minutes past the scheduled 15 minute exam time. Nobody ever came. My dog and I finally walked out without getting service. My time is just as valuable to me as theirs... read more
