UPDATE** wish I could give zero stars. After needing my puppy's medical records for him to get sedated and treated, they told the emergency vet that I didn't exist and they didn't have his medical records. I had called earlier to cancel my thrive + membership and maybe my patient status inactive. I guess they completely deleted his records (WHICH IS ILLEGAL BY THE WAY) I thought this vet was OK until my puppy had an accident at a dog park. Bad service today. I made an appt and was there on time. Horrible parking and a vacant front desk made me 6 mins late. When someone finally showed up they had the audacity to ask us to make another appt. This was the the first time our cat had been out of the condo in 2 years and they stood me up. Bad customer service, bad parking, bad place...stay clear if this place!
This place is terrible for anything except the basics: routine vaccinations, which is why I gave two stars. Actually, there have been a couple vets who weren't bad, but one in particular provided us with incorrect information on multiple occasions that only made our dog sicker. Also, there's always someone different, and usually incompetent, answering the phone and checking people in. Makes you wonder... why can't they keep anyone?
UPDATE: My dog has gone back for a teeth cleaning in 2018, which went fine... And he had an appt for another one today... I took him there at 8am. Around 4pm I called them to check on him because usually they're done by then. They said, "He's doing well... We'll let you know when he's ready for pick up!"... And then at 5:30pm they called me saying they were running late and HADN'T STARTED on him and asked if I'd be okay picking him up at 7pm. My schedule didn't permit me to pick him up at 7pm because I was expecting to pic... read more
My 7yr old cat is diabetic. He has to have injections of insulin twice a day every day. We have had 3 bad experiences at this particular location now. I will NEVER EVER go there again. Today is the last"straw" if you will. I needed Vet approval to pick up syringes at 2pm no one ever called me back with that approval before 6pm. How in the world can I NOT go pick up a simple life saving product or get a call back to do so from a veterinarian office that cares?
This place isn't really "affordable" besides the fact that it's a $15 exam for your pet. There are many cons here that will have me overlook the cheap exam fees and just pay an extra $15-20 elsewhere. Every time I've made an appointment here, I've had to wait at least another 25-30 min before sitting in an exam room for another 25-30 min for a vet to come see your animal. My pug was due for a rabies shot, nail trim and seemed to be having some skin/ear infections, so I made an appointment. Seemed like they simply skimmed through her medical history, which is fine but they said she needed a heartworm test even though her records show she just got one two months ago. The service here is very very slow. Had an appointment scheduled, showed up 10 minutes early, and waited over an hour past my appointment time until I was seen. If you don't mind sitting on uncomfortable benches for an hour or so this is your place to go.
Dont be late, just a few minutes will cost you a reschedule. No flexibility. If you say you dont want to reschedule and change your mind and call back you get hung up on over and over or they put you on hold immediately. Very unprofessional. Not recommended. Cheap for a reason, you get what you pay for. I will never trust my pet with them.
