Went in for a simple one time car wash. Come to find out, they have been charging my card for months for a membership that I never signed up for or consented to. Do not recommend. Will not be going back ever.

This place is a scam and rip off. You get pressured into buying there stupid memberships then they make it impossible to cancel them. First time I bought the membership it took 3 tried online to get the membership cancelled. Got pressured into buying it again even though the first time not only was it not worth the money but the employee put the sticker on my car without asking and guess what they don’t come off clean. Zero stars is more applicable. The car wash had a promotion that I wanted to take advantage of. Instead it took advantage of me. I have a very nice pickup that I wanted the road salt and grime washed off. (This has fresher paint on my bedside from a dent repair)so there are zero cosmetic issues with my bedside until Tidal Wave took advantage of it. complete con, sales person sells you a half price membership for one month. Completely forgets to mention that they will continue to take nearly $50 every month and that this is a subscription. Called head office won't give refund, says they sent a text explaining this was a recurring plan ( no text received) . They could tell I only used this in Florida when I was there on vacation, hell I love in Maine they DONT EVEN HAVE ANY LOCATIONS HERE. Buyer beware .
I took a brand new2024 f150 that was 1 week old through the car wash in Brevard NC and it put horizontal scratches down both sides of my truck and now the Manager Brandon says that it wasn't their fault. I noticed the scratches immediately after pulling out of the wash and showed an associate who agreed that the scratches were from the wash and he took pictures and started a claim. Brandon the manager finally called me back about 1 month later. I'm very dissatisfied and I'm trying to get the owners at this time.
Got a membership because this car wash is close to my job. The location in Greensboro NC is always closed when I go there. I've been at different times and days and they are constantly closed. It's an inconvenience because the main reason I got a membership was it was close to my job. I have to go to another location to just use my membership. I tell you these car washes in Hanover, Pa are so ridiculous. I went to Tidal Wave Car Wash 2 weeks. I have a membershio mind you. There was a VERY light dustung of snow on top of my Honda Mini Van I was told I couldn’t go through until I brushed it off. Today I go back to run my van through the car wash and was told again I couldn’t come through because there is ice on my front grill. I said then you can cancel my membership right now! You all are a piece of work! I will NEVER go to one of your establishments.
Customer service is not what it should be. Went thru the wash with our “family -the works” membership 1/5/25 . The worker was busy with his phone as we pulled up to the bay. While being motioned into the track he laid his phone down. As the track started my vehicle had a pull to it as we went thru. Mid way thru several lights came upon the vehicle .
