Do not recommend, went tonight after a road trip to clean bugs off windshield and overall car cleaning. Bought top package, no mirror rinse or air freshener as advertised, and bug prep didn’t do much as windshield still incredibly dirty after. Will try somewhere else as this definitely wasn’t worth $25.

Like everything else in Sumter, SC the Tidal Wave Auto Spa is very slow and needs an adult to monitor the employees here. The bug prep is non-existent- don’t waste ur money on the ceramic sea gloss wash because they don’t get the bugs off your grill to begin with! Expect to spend a long time in the line! I like the Tidal Wave car wash in Augusta and Lawrenceville, GA but this one is the WORST I have ever been to!
Terrible customer service. No help at the local store any changes to your account have to be made through the corporate office. When contacting the corporate office you get stuck in a call queue or 20+ minutes and then hung up on. I tried this on three separate days. I would strongly discourage anyone from getting a membership here unless you plan on continuing to pay even after you are trying to freeze your account.

I was a monthly member for over a year til my windshield got busted at the newer one on Peake Rd in Macon. The manager refused to reimburse because I admitted to a smaller crack in the bottom corner. When the windshield guy came yesterday, he said there was no way that crack compromised my windshield and that the amount of pressure needed to cause the crazed damage I received, I'm lucky the A beams weren't damaged along with it. Rude dude running the Kennesaw location.. have pre treated my wheels with the same brand of wheel cleaner they use every time.. The way he addressed me telling me you’re not getting a wash here was so rude and unprofessional. I pay for my monthly membership as well as my parents 3 cars.. have treated my wheels every time and have never been told I couldn’t and he’s been there many times at the front. Canceling all my monthly passes and will have my employee do the same!!

went to the location at 1950 Lake Pine Dr, Apex, NC 27502. it was my First time here and the attendant that came up to the payment kiosk didn't have a mask on.. When I asked where his mask was, as I am high risk and awaiting full vaccination he says "not on my face. You can do it yourself." And walks off abruptly.
