Rude dude running the Kennesaw location.. have pre treated my wheels with the same brand of wheel cleaner they use every time.. The way he addressed me telling me you’re not getting a wash here was so rude and unprofessional. I pay for my monthly membership as well as my parents 3 cars.. have treated my wheels every time and have never been told I couldn’t and he’s been there many times at the front. Canceling all my monthly passes and will have my employee do the same!!

went to the location at 1950 Lake Pine Dr, Apex, NC 27502. it was my First time here and the attendant that came up to the payment kiosk didn't have a mask on.. When I asked where his mask was, as I am high risk and awaiting full vaccination he says "not on my face. You can do it yourself." And walks off abruptly. When I spoke to another attendamt, who identified himself as a manager, to informed him of the attendent behavior he said his name was Jeremy and he was a manager and that "everybody different" I told the attendant... read more

To think that I was a valued customer and would be treated as such was my first mistake. The second mistake was trusting Tidal Wave Auto Spa enough to give them my business. Everybody knows the “risks” of taking their vehicle to a car wash, but to have my vehicle (that I JUST purchased) damaged and no liability be taken was not the risk I agreed to take. I had my suv detailed at the Sharpsburg, Ga location. Someone took my brand new umbrella. I called and left a voicemail and never got a return call. Will not go back.
